So some wonderful and patient people have allowed me to completely muck with their characters in an attempt to learn some tricks for conbadges. So far, I have learned:

1) I am not very good at drawing horses

2) Scotch brand laminating plastic is much better than Duck brand

3) I am not very good at drawing horses

4) Not every character lends itself to the same drawing/coloring style

5) I cannot make square badges... its shaped or nothing. My ability to stay in a small square is lacking. Perhaps this is why I never tried ACEOs


More badges (though of the same people) will be forthcoming as I play with some watercolor and graphite ideas
